Whether you're a tenant, unsure of what to do next or a troubled landlord, we're always happy to have a consultation over the phone to provide advice, and a meeting if required!

Tenant find only

A tenant find only service provides you with the happy thought that everything is taken care of when finding the perfect tenant. We will advertise the property, conduct viewings, communicate with potential tenants and also carry out checks on each application to display who the best candidate is for your property. We will then provide you and your new tenant with all the documents required, and will hand over the keys wishing you both a long and happy tenancy.

Full management

With full management experience with many properties around North Yorkshire and County Durham, JDM Properties can offer you peace of mind knowing the house is a happy one. From finding a tenant to the end of a tenancy and everything inbetween. We take care of absolutely everything for you, so you can sit back and relax - we've got this covered!

Rental properties

Our properties are always high standard accomodation. We manage our own properties and see any works required are completed as soon as possible within an allocated time frame - so our tenants can get back to enjoying their home. From 1 - 5 bed properties around North Yorkshire and County Durham, your perfect home is waiting for you. We will store this details until you say otherwise, and will inform you if a property matching your requirements becomes available.
